Job Title: SharePoint Architect

Location: Albany, NY (Hybrid)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Design and architect SharePoint solutions, including SharePoint Online, SharePoint 2019, and hybrid environments.
  • Develop and implement SharePoint governance, policies, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into SharePoint solutions.
  • Lead the design and development of custom SharePoint applications and workflows.
  • Ensure the security, availability, and performance of SharePoint environments.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
  • Conduct regular system audits, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest SharePoint features, updates, and industry trends.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for SharePoint architectures and processes.
  • Support migration efforts from legacy systems to SharePoint.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience in SharePoint architecture, development, and administration.
  • Extensive experience with SharePoint Online and SharePoint 2019.
  • Strong knowledge of SharePoint Framework (SPFx), PowerShell, and client-side development.
  • Proficiency in Office 365, Azure AD, and related Microsoft technologies.
  • Experience with SharePoint migrations and third-party tools (e.g., ShareGate, Metalogix).
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
