We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated SharePoint Developer to join our client's IT team in the healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, developing, and implementing SharePoint solutions tailored to the needs of our healthcare organization. You will work closely with various departments to create custom applications, workflows, and integrations that enhance collaboration, compliance, and efficiency in a healthcare setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement custom SharePoint solutions, including web parts, workflows, and applications, to meet the unique needs of our healthcare organization.
Maintain and manage SharePoint site collections, subsites, lists, and libraries with a focus on HIPAA compliance and data security.
Develop custom SharePoint forms using PowerApps and integrate with other Microsoft 365 applications to streamline healthcare processes.
Create and maintain documentation for SharePoint configurations, processes, and procedures, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
Troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint-related issues, providing technical support to end-users in various healthcare departments.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications that support healthcare operations.
Perform SharePoint administration tasks, including security management, site configuration, and performance monitoring, with an emphasis on patient data protection.
Ensure SharePoint solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with best practices in the healthcare industry.
Stay updated with the latest SharePoint features, updates, and trends, and provide recommendations for improvements in a healthcare context.
Conduct training sessions and create user guides to assist healthcare staff in utilizing SharePoint effectively.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a SharePoint Developer, with a strong portfolio of SharePoint projects, preferably in the healthcare industry.
Proficiency in SharePoint Online and SharePoint Server, including SharePoint Framework (SPFx).
Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture, site collections, and permission management.
Experience with PowerShell scripting for SharePoint administration and automation.
Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform, including PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular.
Experience with backend technologies like C#, .NET, and RESTful services.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Understanding of healthcare industry regulations and compliance requirements (e.g., HIPAA).
Preferred Qualifications:
SharePoint certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Developer Associate).
Experience with SharePoint migration tools and techniques.
Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
Experience integrating SharePoint with other healthcare systems (e.g., EHR, EMR).
