Responsibilities

Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy for our company across key platforms such as Online Newsletters and LinkedIn.

Utilize data analytics to drive engagement and increase follower growth.

Create compelling content that reflects ISEI's expertise, with a focus on supporting family-owned businesses and empowering women in the business world.

Craft persuasive copy, design engaging graphics, manage content scheduling, and oversee publishing timelines.

Analyze audience metrics and present insights to inform future strategies.

Requirements

Strong understanding of social media dynamics, particularly in Newsletter curation, distribution, and LinkedIn management.

Proficiency in graphic design tools like Canva, with a keen eye for aesthetics.

Stay updated on industry trends and global shifts in social media.

Ability to think creatively and devise innovative strategies to engage social media audiences.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Detail-oriented approach with a focus on accuracy and fact-checking.

Previous experience with social media analytics and familiarity with Photoshop are advantageous.

Availability for a commitment of 10-15 hours per week.
