Position Overview: The Spa and Wellness Senior Manager is role responsible for overseeing all aspects of spa and wellness operations within WorldSprings. They are responsible for managing established, best of class operations and assist in the ongoing development of a comprehensive strategy to provide exceptional spa and wellness services, enhance the customer experience, and drive financial success. Key Responsibilities and Essential Duties:

  • Develop and implement a strategic plan to achieve the spa and wellness facility's goals, including revenue growth, client retention, and service quality.
  • Recruit, hire, train, and manage spa and wellness staff, including therapists, estheticians, and wellness instructors.
  • Create and manage budgets, control expenses, and optimize revenue through effective pricing strategies, promotional efforts, and cost management.
  • Oversee the development and enhancement of spa and wellness services, including treatments, programs, classes, and packages.
  • Oversee inventory and supplies for the facility, including skincare products, wellness equipment, and other spa-related materials.
  • Ensure a consistent and exceptional client experience by setting high standards for customer service, cleanliness, and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement effective marketing and promotional strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
  • Ensure the facility complies with health and safety regulations, adhering to state and local laws and maintaining a safe and clean environment.
  • Manage relationships with product vendors, ensuring quality product offerings and favorable terms.
  • Drive sales initiatives, upselling services, retail products, and wellness programs to maximize revenue.
  • Generate regular reports on key performance metrics, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions to improve operations and financial performance.
  • Oversee the maintenance of spa and wellness facilities, ensuring they are well-maintained, attractive, and functional.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints and issues, maintaining a high level of client satisfaction. Requirements and Qualifications: A degree in business management, hospitality management, or a related field is preferred. Several years of experience in the spa and wellness industry, including experience in a supervisory or managerial role. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and staff. A deep understanding of spa and wellness practices, customer service, and operational management. The ability to adapt to changing circumstances, client needs, and the demands of the spa and wellness industry. Uphold a high standard of professionalism, ethics, and confidentiality. Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
