About The Role

Join the team at Four Seasons Hotel Westlake Village as a Spa Supervisor, where you'll lead a dedicated team in providing exceptional service to our guests. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual with a positive attitude, ready to inspire and lead the spa staff to ensure a world-class experience. This role offers a unique opportunity to elevate guest satisfaction and uphold the standards of Four Seasons.

What You Will Do

  • Sets the example for the team as it relates to the Four Seasons policies. Models positive, friendly interactions and legendary hospitality with our guests
  • Ensures the team is abiding by the time and attendance policies
  • Quality Control of Spa Arrival/Departure/Tours/Guest Experience
  • Ensure Four Seasons standards are trained and upheld
  • Ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed and works with accounting to resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Schedule and conduct Spa Attendant meetings
  • Complete glitch reports, provide appropriate recovery follow up
  • Monitor OT and meal breaks
  • Manage POS and uphold cash handling procedures
  • Able to perform duties for both am and pm shifts
  • Covers shifts as Spa Attendant or Guest Service Agent
  • Delegate projects for Spa Attendants and Guest Service Agents
  • Oversee training program and Attendant Learning Coaches
  • Facility checks for cleanliness/ safety hazards
  • Maintain weekly inventory of guest amenities and supplies
  • Ensure ongoing entry and collection of Guest Consent forms
  • Follow up with GSA staff and Spa Leadership regarding booking errors/glitches
  • Solves guest issues as they arise, either individually or with the help of management
  • Maintains consistent communication with Spa Leadership

What You Bring

  • High School Diploma required, college degree preferred
  • Two years of hospitality experience, preferably in a spa environment
  • Familiarity with Book 4 Time, Microsoft Suite preferred
