The Sr eCommerce Manager will manage and be responsible for establishing and implementing marketplace strategies to maximize growth for Amazon, Walmart, Target, Best Buy, and others. This role will own the digital shelf and digital media plans, include branding, messaging and demand generation ultimately driving sales conversion for Instant Pot. What will you do?

  • Manage overall eCommerce business to drive corporate goals, (i.e., portfolio management, traffic/conversion optimization, and strategy maintenance via P&L-based decision making)
  • Develop and oversee the execution of revenue and profit growth strategies involving ratings and reviews, paid advertising, and product listing optimizations
  • Work closely with sales and marketing to develop best in class ecommerce content and retailer specific digital media plans including marketing opportunities provided by each retailer
  • Track POS and promotional activities to understand ROI and optimize spend to drive conversion
  • Optimize performance based on key marketplace KPIs such as organic ranking, Buy Box rate, ROAS, TACOS, and ACoS
  • Focus on product rankings related to key search terms and work to improve existing rankings and identify new ranking opportunities
  • Responsible for executing retail search tactics to drive traffic and sales conversion
  • Transfer strategy into execution; ideally has experience in a Customer Development or Marketing role, with proven ability to project manage and influence multiple stakeholders
  • Create a tailored design for eCommerce recommendations and solutions back to the larger marketing organization
  • Own retailor reporting and performance tracking
  • Oversee ratings & reviews across all retailers


Who we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or related field (Master’s Degree welcomed)
  • Proven track record of growing online sales and marketing through managing product assortment, enhanced content, media and product ratings and reviews on a major online retailers (Amazon, Walmart and Target)
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience across eCommerce channel/account management experience
  • Experience in using Amazon vendor central etc.
  • Strong business and analytical acumen
  • Knowledge of technical setup activities for eCommerce platforms
  • Experience working with major online platforms required
  • Deep understanding of POS analytics, promotional analytics, and content management
  • Proven experience leveraging a consumer brand to generate rapid online growth
  • Ability to be agile and multi-task in a fast-paced environment ‘
  • Demonstrated expertise in creating, analyzing, and optimizing sponsored product, sponsored brand, and sponsored display campaigns on the Amazon platform.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Amazon's advertising ecosystem, including campaign setup, targeting options, and optimization techniques.
  • Creatively adept at researching competitors and conducting keyword searches, employing innovative strategies to uncover valuable insights and opportunities for campaign optimization to drive ROAS
  • Previous experience as an approved Amazon Ads Partner Network preferred
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with sales team in developing campaign strategies aimed at driving revenue growth
