Job Description
As a member of the Strategy & Operations team at Hebbia, you’ll not only inform our goals and strategy, but also be responsible for execution. The Business Operations team is responsible for our most critical customer deployments, entry into new verticals, improvements to operational processes, and informing product requirements. Our goal is to define – and execute – on a strategy that makes every user of Hebbia a product champion.
In this role, you’ll work cross-functionally with go-to-market, marketing, engineering, and product. When working on deployment strategy, you will also work directly with customers in financial services, legal, pharmaceutical, government, and other verticals.
Responsibilities
Customer-centricity: Live in the trenches with our customers. Dig into pressing customer challenges to write the playbook for GenAI in knowledge work. Then work with product to inform future features – turn users into champions
Product Intuition : Identify promising market segments based on product capabilities and potential, build playbooks , and mobilize the sales and engagement organizations to enter new verticals and grow in existing verticals
Running hard (execute): Work cross-functionally to complete projects that improve acquisition, engagement, and retention of customers
Influencing cross-functionally: Partner closely with our product, engineering, go-to-market, and marketing teams to inform product direction and customer experience
Optimizing process: Build and improve business processes that promote urgency, shorten time-to-market, and build engagement
Analytically minded: Understand, interpret, and rely on data to make business cases
Who You Are
3 to 7+ years of experience in consulting, finance, and/or high-growth startups
Proven track record working with customers, thinking analytically and strategically
Experience with cross-functional teams and comfort in highly technical conversations
Strong ownership mindset – you see problems or white space and make it yours
Excellent relationship management skills – including with demanding senior-level client stakeholders
Distinctive analytical and problem solving capabilities: structure ambiguous, open-ended problems and quickly iterate on solutions
Excitement to own problems and white space: from blue sky ideation to problem solving in the Hebbia software on difficult business cases
Innate bias towards action and impact, while working in a nimble and fast-paced environment
