Strategy Manager

The ideal candidate for this position will succeed in this role if they are eager to develop a career with a growing boutique consultancy that has a global presence. It is essential that this candidate has had a strong consulting background in top line strategy projects while working with clients across various industries. In addition, it is important that this candidate has had exposure to business development and eager to develop this further in their next role.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations and oversee junior team members
• Responsible for delivery as well as business development activities
• Ability to work with a close-knit, global team
• Ability to work in a hybrid context

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (CFA/CPA qualifications are a bonus)
• 4+ years of M&A/CDD/Corporate Strategy or Growth Strategy experience in a consulting context
• Experience in these industries: Healthcare/Life Science's/Aviation and Defence/ Industrials/ Retail and TMT
• Experience leading work streams as well entire projects from start to finish
• Strong business development experience or exposed to it
• Strong project management experience
• Strong leadership skills and eagerness to succeed
• Experience with these tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
