Student Assistant
Minimum Qualifications
Must be a current student enrolled in a matriculating degree program and have completed a minimum of one (1) year as a student at a degree-granting two or four-year college or university.
Preferred Qualifications: The preferred candidate would possess strong organizational skills, experience with Microsoft Excel and designing graphs and charts in Tableau, strong attention to detail, and be able to function in a fast-paced office environment.
Duties Description
The Office of Justice Research and Performance (OJRP) conducts research and analysis to support criminal justice policy and inform executive decision-making on issues such as crime, court case processing, gun violence reduction, youth justice, community corrections, and criminal justice reforms. The intern will assist with the development and design of a publicly accessible dashboard that displays data on criminal justice trends including arrests, court proceedings, and the case outcomes.
