We are seeking a Construction Field Superintendent to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling,and implementation.
Must Have at least 5years proven experience, must have civil and interior renovation experience, Parks, Sports Facilities and Recreation building experience is a must.
MUST LIVE CLOSE TO MIAMI BASE (OUT OF STATE RESUMES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED)
Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
Allocate resources for assigned projects
Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
Qualifications:
CIVIL construction, Building Renovation and Finishes
Familiarity with construction management software
Strong leadership qualities
Strong negotiation skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
OSHA 30
