Superintendent - Construction

We are looking for an experienced Superintendent with Construction, Sage, Healthcare, MS Project experience to join our team. As a Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction process from beginning to end and will play a key role in developing and implementing building plans. The ideal candidate will have more than 5 years of experience in the construction industry.

What You Will Be Doing

• Responsible for managing construction projects, developing and monitoring timelines, managing subcontractors, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget
• Ensure safety protocols are being followed and interact with clients to ensure their satisfaction
  
  

What You Need for this Position

Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of GC Construction:

• Experience with a general contractor working healthcare, industrial, or federal projects
• You must be highly organized and have excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience with handling subcontractors
• Experience in MS Projects, Sage, DocuSign, and MS Office
