They require an experienced Superintendent with a solid background in luxury homes new construction. The ideal candidate must have a stable employment background and must show evidence of long-term commitment to previous roles. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the construction process from start to finish, including overseeing subcontractors, managing budgets and scheduling, ensuring the highest quality of work is achieved.

Applicants must have excellent organisational and communications skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have a keen eye for detail along with a valid driver’s license, be able to pass a background checks and have a solid understanding of safety regulations.
