Our Client: One of the most prominent multinational tech companies known for its ecommerce

Duration: 11 months (potential to extend or convert)

Pay: $27/hr on a W2

Full Time Hours

Fully Remote in EST Hours

Our Client is looking for a Supply Chain Analyst. This role will also collaborate closely with vendors and members of our Client's private brand teams. In this position you will provide a variety of support activity centered on inventory health management. You will use data from multiple sources to create meaningful reporting to drive actions that decrease supply chain cost and waste.

As a Supply Chain Analyst, you will be responsible for:

• Maintaining inventory health reporting
• Creating data quality processes
• Escalating exceptions

Typical Day in the Life:

• Continuously evaluate and improve processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and minimize waste.
• Maintain/update internal documentation for training and reference.
• Investigate discrepancies in order to gain resolution.
• Manage project status tracking and reporting from internal systems.
• Monitor exception reporting and action solutions with supply chain team.
• Build and enhance Excel reporting and progress trackers.
• Manage data quality process ensuring clean, consolidated reporting coming from multiple sources.

Who You Are:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Transportation, or Operations discipline
• 1+ years of supply chain experience
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
• Strong analytical abilities, and high proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL
• Experience driving process improvements experience
• Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
• Experience building processes, project management, and schedules.
