What You'll Do
Leadership and Mentorship:
Lead supply chain operations across our Atlanta and Irvine warehouses.
Manage and mentor a diverse team including Warehouse Managers, Supervisors, and Associates.
Oversee the Customer Service Department, ensuring excellence in service delivery.
Strategic Planning And Execution
Develop and execute supply chain strategies to drive business growth and operational efficiency.
Optimize inventory management and distribution processes to meet customer demands effectively.
Ensure alignment of supply chain operations with overall business objectives.
Operational Excellence
Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain performance.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive improvements.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
ERP And Technology
Utilize ERP systems to streamline supply chain operations (SAP experience preferred).
Lead integration and optimization of supply chain technology solutions.
Collaboration And Communication
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, finance, and product development.
Foster effective communication to ensure alignment and transparency across the organization.
What We're Looking For
Skills and Qualifications:
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management abilities.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate and influence at all levels.
Positive energy, team-player attitude, and a strong work ethic.
Proficiency in ERP systems; experience with SAP or other ERP systems preferred.
Familiarity with RF scanners and shipping software like UPS WorldShip and FedEx Ship Manager is advantageous.
Proven track record in a senior supply chain role, ideally in a growth-oriented environment.
Experience in warehouse management, inventory control, and distribution.
