Talent Acquisition Manager
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead the recruitment efforts for the Operations department for our client located in Ottawa County. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective talent acquisition strategies to attract, evaluate, and hire top talent in the operations field. This role requires a strong understanding of operational needs, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to meet the staffing needs of the Operations department.
- Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and attract high-quality candidates, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and manage the entire hiring process, from initial contact through offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on effective recruitment practices.
- Promote the company’s employer brand to attract and retain top talent in the operations field.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies and make data-driven improvements.
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Experience in recruiting for operations roles is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of talent acquisition best practices and recruitment technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Professional HR certifications (e.g., PHR, SPHR) are a plus.
