Ticketing Fulfillment Representative

We offer tickets to all shows, concerts, sports, headliners, MMA, boxing, rodeo, and theater events in Las Vegas and around the world. We are an e-commerce company servicing global clients. Our goal is to be a client's one-stop source for everything in Vegas from show tickets to nightclubs.

Job duties include but are not limited to:

  • Handling inbound and outbound support calls, website chats, and emails, with the intent of resolving all first level support
  • Act urgently on escalated support calls, website chats, and emails from customers and sellers ensuring a positive customer and seller experience
  • Serve as a liaison with partner sites and sellers to assist customers
  • Manage ticket deliveries
  • Work with staff and ticket exchanges to execute in hand dates accurately, resolving any issues that may arise
  • Problem solving issues regarding any tickets not delivering
  • Daily engagement to maintain product knowledge of the services that the company offers
  • Participation in small or large projects
  • Provide input on improving processes and procedures.
  • Other Duties as Required


Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess a combination of the following education and/or equivalent experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 1+ years of experience in a Call Center and/or Customer Service-related job preferred, but not required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience within the hospitality, entertainment, box office, ticketing environment preferred, but not required
  • Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and Power Point
  • Ability to analyze information, solve problems and make quick, fact-based decisions
  • Strong computer skills; Ability to learn and work with the latest programs.
