Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee all branch operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in project delivery.
  • Manage a team of engineering and non-technical staff, providing guidance and support to achieve project goals.
  • Drive business growth by expanding our client base and meeting project demands.
  • Maintain a high standard of quality in all aspects of work, adhering to industry best practices and standards.
  • Foster a positive work environment, promoting teamwork, collaboration, and professional development.


Requirements:

  • 15+ years of experience in Geotechnical Engineering.
  • MS Degree in geotechnical engineering.
  • PE license.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Experience with CADD/Microstation preferred.
  • Familiarity with geotechnical software (e.g., SlopeW, AllPile, Gint, MSEW, etc.).
  • Strong professional work ethic and commitment to excellence.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and ability to oversee multiple projects.
  • Familiarity with MD, DC, and VA standards and procedures a plus.
