Position Overview: The Vice President of Finance will be a key member of the executive leadership team, reporting directly to the CEO. This role will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations of the company, including financial planning, analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong background in finance, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record in driving financial performance in a growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Strategy and Planning:
• Develop and execute the company's financial strategy in alignment with business goals.
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
• Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and executive team based on financial analysis and projections.
• Financial Management and Operations:
• Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, tax, treasury, and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Manage cash flow, investment strategies, and capital structure to support the company's growth and financial stability.
• Leadership and Team Development:
• Build and lead a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Mentor and develop finance staff, providing guidance and opportunities for professional growth.
• Collaborate with other departments to drive cross-functional initiatives and support overall business objectives.
• Financial Analysis and Reporting:
• Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to drive business decisions.
• Prepare and present financial reports to the CEO, executive team, and board of directors.
• Monitor key financial metrics and develop strategies to enhance financial performance.
• Risk Management:
• Identify and mitigate financial risks to protect the company's assets and ensure long-term stability.
• Implement robust internal controls and financial processes to safeguard company resources.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive financial management experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in developing and executing financial strategies in a growth-oriented environment.
• Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide strategic insights.
• Exceptional leadership and team-building abilities, with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders.
• Proficiency in financial software and systems, with experience in implementing financial technology solutions.
