The VP of Customer Service and Support is responsible for managing all aspects of the support department, including both internal and outsourced resources. The VP develops the organization's customer support strategy and manages the overall performance of people and processes to achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Experience leading calls centers with hundreds of people across multiple locations.
Successful transformation background with clear success in reducing customer interaction volumes, cost savings and/or increasing customer satisfaction.
History of offshore/vendor integration and management.
Dynamic and positive personality with proven effective organization leadership capabilities.
