Warehouse Director – Your Job Duties Manage the warehouse team (a team of 20

• 30 associates and temporary labor) including hiring, corrective actions and workforce planning Monitor individual and team warehouse productivity using provided metrics Coordinate inventory transfers with satellite warehouses Optimize inbound, outbound, and reverse warehouse logistics Develop, implement, and document warehouse standard operating procedures Work and communicate cross-functionally with key internal departments (Traffic, Inventory Control, Sales, Finance, Merchandising, Human Resources, Customer Service, etc.) Participate in Physical Inventories for main warehouse and satellite warehouses (twice a year) Facilities management including overseeing safety both inside and outside the building and coordinating with outside vendors for buildings and grounds Warehouse Director

• Extras (Desired, Not Required) Bilingual in English & Spanish Experience with managing an apparel or e-commerce warehouse Forklift certified This is 100% on site role, Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm Compensation is $95,000 to $120,000, salaried, plus additional bonus potential up to an additional $15,000 per year.
