The Warehouse Manager will ensure functional operation of the Warehouse facilities. They directly and indirectly supervise Warehouse Associates as they complete their daily responsibilities in a timely and safety-oriented fashion.
Note: Famous Supply Warehouse associates will handle large products such as water heaters, furnaces and showers.
Primary Job Responsibilities
Supervise the warehouse to ensure that direct reports are adhering to safety and operational processes
Train team in the areas of safety, compliance, working effectively, and other areas
Establish team goals and work with Associates and Shift Managers to achieve and exceed their performance goals, receiving direction from the CDC operations manager
Lead the process for double-checking the accuracy of all activity in the warehouse
Ensure that facilities are clean and safe by thoroughly inspecting all areas
Document any Associate or Manager issues with regards to performance, teamwork, production, or other measurable areas

WMS experience

Experience using Blue Yonder WMS
