Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or international equivalent) in a relevant field and/or 0-3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong oral and written communication, technical, and design skills.
- Proficiency with graphics software applications, techniques, and tools (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating advanced visual design and layout skills as well as advanced design techniques.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, processes, timelines.
- Excellent communication, presentation, organization, and time management skills.
- Additional knowledge or experience with graphic design, website design, video, photography, print production or related field.
- Proficiency in web-based technologies and programming (e.g., HTML , CSS , JavaScript).
- Ability to learn printing and finishing software, equipment, and technique
- Familiarity with community engagement projects, promotional campaigns, or public humanities
