- [Instructor] When it comes to sales and marketing, even service, there are times when you'll probably want to share specific files with your contacts. Could be a price list, could be a survey, could be a brochure, for example. Well, in most cases, if there are specific files you share often with different contacts, why not store them in a HubSpot library where you'll have easy access to them and then you can send them out and even track who you're sharing with, how many shares and views you're getting. That's what we're going to explore in this movie. We'll start by going up to the sales dropdown and choosing documents. This is going to take us to our library. You see some information here. If you haven't uploaded any documents yet and you'll also see with the free version, the limit is five. If you need to upload more than five documents you'll have to upgrade. There's the button.
