- [Instructor] A work queue is a way for a salesperson to stay on track and focused each day, but how do you make sure the work you're doing is effective? This is where reports and dashboards come in. There are a lot of CRM tools out there, but Salesforce really excels in the reporting area. So let's check out these reports now. Dashboards and reports are very similar. The main difference is that a dashboard provides visual representation of some of the data. So let's take a look at some of these standard dashboards and how to set one up to track and measure our success. So I already navigated to dashboards and you'll see there are a couple here that are set up as recent, and these are pre-created dashboards that are already in Salesforce.
