失眠夜有感, 來寫個稽核和持續改善的心得。 我以作為ISO 9001主導稽核從業人員的觀點來看(不談理論, 純粹談實務), 稽核活動其實真的可以為組織帶來鑑別改善的機會, 我所謂的改善, 不是針對nonconformity (NC)表格中的不符合事項, NC當然是需要改善, 但我指的是字裡行間的可能性:OFI (opportunity for improvement)—改善機會。 實務上一般來說, 如果是外部稽核-第三者稽核, 稽核員眼光主要是放在符合性和有效性有問題的項目, 也就是不符合事項nonconformity (NC), 如果要開立OFI其實是自找麻煩甚至自討苦吃, 因為受稽方和稽核方之間的關係和三者稽核本身的目的使然, 除了很難證明並確立OFI的存在, 還很容易使雙方對於OFI項目本身是否有真的有必要, 造成紛爭。 👉 事實一: NC是一翻兩瞪眼, 準則+證據=發現, 跑都不跑不掉。 OFI是你覺得流程或方法哪裡怪怪的灰色地帶, 或是你不願意面對的改變機會! 反觀內部稽核, 私心認為對於一個組織來說才是真正持續改善的契機。因為是內部的稽核, 各個部門對於自身的運作方法與跨部門間的關聯性, 乃至於痛點是什麼, 哪裡運作不順暢, 或是哪裡還有進步的空間都非常清楚, 而這些OFI是可以透過稽核過程鑑別出來, 關鍵問題是在態度, 受稽方有沒有意願虛心受教或是先認定我還有進步的可能性, 信任並開放地讓稽核員"引導", 用風險管理的原則鑑別可以做的更好的項目。可惜的是, 一者稽核的特性使然, 很常看到受稽方認為是自己人在找麻煩, 如果不是不符合事項, 還被要求改進, 這種被找麻煩的心態很常見。 👉事實二: 內稽才是鑑別OFI的好機會, 永遠都會有OFI, 但不會一直都有NC, 別寄望外部稽核員會樂意主動為你鑑別有符合條文的風險! 如果要讓組織內部樂於在內稽活動主動鑑別OFI, 1. 最高管理階層要帶頭, 灌輸大家"找痛點不等於找麻煩"的觀念, 並且將鑑別OFI作為部門與個人的績效指標, 願意給予資源支持這樣的活動。 2. OFI常常要連動別的部門一起調整流程, 事先立下遊戲規則, 提出OFI的部門必須與相關部門合作推動, 禁止一昧要求關係人配合改變的論述作為推動的方法。 3.OFI需要的文件化資訊與解決方案, 由受稽方與稽核員合作產出, 一方面分攤作業上的負擔, 另一方面可以透過合作和討論產出符合ISO規範的有效決策。 👉事實三: 用欺騙大腦的科學, 讓應該變成想要, 調整人們的習慣, 讓受稽方從願意變成樂意改善! #ISO9001 #internalaudit #nonconformity #continuousimprovement #opportunityforimprovement

From a spiritual perspective, we must establish a concept: everything we do ultimately comes back to ourselves (our hearts). Perhaps the current reality may not allow us to fully showcase our abilities or receive recognition as we desire, but we should still give it our best and utilize our talents, gifts, and abilities. This is not about seeking validation from others; it is about improving ourselves through the process of practicing our talents. When the opportunity comes, we will be ready! 我非常喜歡DHH這篇文章, 既中肯又務實, 從心靈上我們必須建立一個觀念: 你做的每件事到頭來會回歸到自己(的心), 或許當下現實處境並不如你所願地能大展身手或是得到認同, 但仍然應該盡自己所能, 並且發揮自己的才華/天分/能力, 這可不是為了要得到他人的認同, 這是為了從實踐自己的才華過程讓自己變得更好。等待機會來臨時, 必定是準備好的狀態!
Abilities unused will atrophy, so putting in anything less than your best means giving up on what you’re capable of. You can’t save talent or energy for better days, only watch it go to waste. This is a hard truth to accept if you don’t think your company has earned your best. And companies make employees feel like that all the time. This is part of what drives the whole “act your wage” rebellion. Why should you put in your best if work never seems to return the favor? It’s a perfectly human response of spite in the face of unfairness, but you can’t avenge your grievances by squandering your potential. The years will wash away quickly. If you wait for the perfect company to reveal your peak potential, it may never come. Or by the time it does come, you’re not ready, because you’re no longer who you were. You let it slip. That’s a tragedy. Whatever the situation, whatever the company, you should show up with your very best. Not for them, but for you. Use the discontent to become better, then bolt to another camp when the opportunity presents itself. Besides, you’ll appreciate a good place so much more if you’ve made it through some bad places. Don’t play yourself by living down to their expectations. Show yourself the path out by shining bright whatever the weather. https://lnkd.in/eh7HPM7c
