We are still on a journey to a future where young women in STEM are not the exception, but the norm. That’s why the work and dedication from women like Carmen López, Head of Network Architecture at BBVA Spain, are so important. Her commitment to empowering girls in STEM and her team's collaboration with Cisco are perfect examples of how we can bring the age of opportunity to everyone. BBVA’s collaboration with #Cisco has resulted in a data center that is a powerhouse of automation and security. It perfectly exemplifies that technology can drive both efficiency and diversity. It does not only automate processes, enhance decision-making, and improve communication, but also provides access to education and resources, facilitates cross-cultural interactions and collaborations, and provides networking and mentorship opportunities. I’m a believer in the importance of #wellbeing. At the heart of high-performing individuals, cohesive teams, and nurturing cultures lies a shared cornerstone: the prioritization of wellbeing. You can only perform at your best when you are feeling good, you are balanced mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually. Today I had the pleasure to be on a panel alongside extraordinary Cisco Leaders, Oliver Tuszik, Smangele Nkosi, and @Jim Glenister Sam Oliver, to explore how strength and connection is crucial in today's fast-paced world. There is a link between wellbeing and meaningful connections that can drive professional success. Building and maintaining a strong sense of connection within teams is key, but not a simple thing to do. I believe that a shared purpose is the big differentiator between succeeding and failing. Rallying the entire organisation behind that purpose requires us to be inclusive, empower our people, and foster a healthy balanced environment to make sure they have what they need to thrive both personally and professionally. And as a lifelong learner, it’s great to see that personal and professional development is deeply embedded into our Cisco Culture. Today is the start of another Cisco Illuminate event designed to be a flexible learning experience that connects our employees with relevant people, information and skills, so they can grow. This time we’re diving deep into Outshift, well-being, the power of habits, and more with amazing speakers from Cisco, Splunk and New York Times bestselling authors. I’m humbled to play my part as well sharing my view on how leaders create high-performing cultures at Cisco while performing and transforming at the same time. This week I had the privilege to join the Cisco Partner Executive Exchange (CPEE) in Geneva alongside Oliver Tuszik, Rodney Clark, Gary Steele, and our amazing host José Van Dijk. It was inspiring spending three days with our largest and most transformational #CiscoPartners across EMEA talking about strategy and innovation. These interactions are more than just routine engagements; they are invaluable moments that foster meaningful two-way discussions to drive alignment and be better together. It was also a pleasure to be on stage with @José van Dijk sharing how Cisco CX helps our partners to build a software adoption and renewals practice to drive sustainable and profitable growth.

It's a time to honor the courage and resilience of the LGBTQ+ community, past and present. Today, I think about where we are as a society on the journey to equality. We have made some progress, but there is still so much more to be done to break down barriers and achieve a fair reality for all. Let’s continue to stand together, speak up, be proud of who we are and keep pushing for a more inclusive future.

It was a pleasure to be on stage at #CiscoLive with my dear peer Mary de Wysocki, Richard Steeves from Equinix, and Joe Reele from Schneider Electric to talk about how we can drive sustainability in the era of AI. #AI comes with significant opportunities, but it also comes with environmental consequences, for example in terms of increasing power consumption.
