KellyOCG is committed to eliminating the fluff and we’ve challenged our team to share their story of a time they #CutTheFluff as part of our #TrueTalkChallenge   To kick this off, I thought I would share a recent True Talk story from last week, a conversation I had while attending the Contingent Workforce Summit (CWS) in London. CWS is a conference that sees a multitude of clients and providers attend, all there to network and learn from each other over the two-day event. Many of the buyers are new to market, first generation buyers looking to solve their complex workforce needs. One of which wanted to discuss their requirements and ask for KellyOCG’s help. In our business we pride ourselves on the fact that everyone is a seller, every conversation should be growth focused and have both the client and KellyOCG’s best interests in mind. However, in this case the client’s best interests were not to speak with KellyOCG, at least not yet. My True Talk moment was to advise the client of several steps they needed to take over the next few months, steps that they could do themselves, without using a 3rd party. Support that I could have chosen to ‘sell’ to them, but in this case, I chose to cut the fluff and tell them how to navigate and support their own needs.   Why, because adding process, layers and costs was not the right answer, and by cutting the fluff out and having an honest conversation will lead that client down the right path.   So, here’s to cutting the fluff and putting the client experience first!   Now, I challenge Eva Kaposzta, Aynsley Galway and Monique Roovers to share their story. #TrueTalkChallenge #KellyOCG

Another really important one for us at KellyOCG. Putting the contractor experience first is a must in a talent led market, and something we are harnessing our technology innovation to do, and to do well.

There has been a lot of good news moments at KellyOCG over the last couple of weeks, but none of them make me prouder than this one. I am incredibly grateful to work with such a dedicated and resilient team, whose commitment to our company culture of collaboration, respect and innovation is evident in everything they do. Of course our team spans more than just the UK, but to gain this recognition for our largest population speaks to the engagement that is evidenced across the region.
