This morning I attended a brilliant breakfast session on 'squiggly careers'. I've always admired people who take that leap into the unknown, none more than my husband Alex Stocking who has spent the last few months completing an intensive Software Engineering course after a career change. What a day it was! Yesterday we held the first NextM event in the UK and it was *epic*! We talk a lot about wanting our people to feel proud to work at GroupM and I spent the day in awe of the opportunities ahead for the advertising industry, and how everyone at GroupM can help our clients to shape the next era of media.
