ASA is proud of the efforts of the U.S. House of Representatives’ Ways and Means Committee’s as they take the steps to ensure #equitable access to care for obesity treatments for Medicare beneficiaries. It is well documented that obesity disproportionately effects minority populations. Having affordable access to all obesity treatments is essential to addressing this disparity.
