There's a Business, a Stakeholder, a Solution, and a Transition. As a BA, you can work on four (4) levels, which could be seen as the above, explained by Ifiok Esang.
For BAs to excel in a given task, consider the following contexts:
1. For a Business Level: You'll encounter questions like, 'What does the organization as a whole need from a change, and why?'
2. For a Stakeholder: What are the needs and expectations of individuals and groups involved in a change?
3. For a Solution: What capabilities and qualities should a solution have to meet the business and stakeholder requirements? (This leads to Transition.)
4. For Transition: How can the organization progress from the current state to the future state?
