Today's best leadership strategies are rooted in developing a strong organizational culture. Recently, D CEO published this article that captures Chakri Gottemukkala, Nadine S. Lee, and Scott Harper's perspectives on leadership. Each person interviewed pointed to the importance of leading with clear values, trust, and transparency. Additionally, empowering decision making at all levels of the organization was included as a factor of success. I completely agree with this approach to doing business. At Sendero, we've seen some of our most exciting developments — like our AI Taskforce — and some of the most impactful thought leadership for both our clients and company come from conversations where everyone was encouraged to bring their questions, feedback, and recommendations to the table.
