We, at DEMA Engineering Company, have been working hard on the newest design to make a more robust float valve that better prevents issues in the backroom of carwashes, at food and beverage manufacturing sites, and in other cleaning applications. Our new design is ready to get out into the field and we are actively looking for places to put out a tank-mounted float valve. These can also be coupled with our proportioners to inject chemicals into that tank and keep it at a level needed to supply the application. The smooth action of this valve is like no other. Our engineers have totally redesigned the mechanical action of this valve to make operation better, maintenance easier, and action more reliable. IOT. Everyone wants everything connected. DEMA Engineering Company has released its first IOT gateway that can couple to our industry-leading Aurora Laundry System. Most people use the Aurora for Laundry, but we can use it for so much more. Any system that can send a signal to our unit can trigger the system to run a formula based on what cleaning cycle is happening. CIP, on-premise batch blending, EC, or pH control. All of these types of systems that output a small voltage signal can pair up with this impressive electronic pump control. Now from the internet, you can program, change formulations, see real-time data and usage at sites, and see any faults at a location. This little beauty is getting a lot of looks from our customers. DEMA Engineering Company's newest product release is the 292 ProSpray and 291 ProFoam. I cannot tell you how many different applications there are for this wonderful, easy-to-use product. I might even have one at home to help detail my car and boat when a little foaming detergent is needed. This is a hose-end foamer and sprayer. There are two different models, so you can choose the one that makes sense for your application. The bottle holds up to 48 oz of product. The injector inside uses the standard DEMA metering tips to limit the amount of product being mixed with water. The trigger sprayer is a heavy-duty quick connect that can be removed so you can easily rinse the product off what you have sprayed it on. The product gives a nice wet foam that covers well. It will spray up to 11 feet. This is perfect for agriculture cleaning, greenhouse cleaning, dairy farm sanitation, livestock sanitation, veterinary offices, asphalt release, construction sites for dust control, food and beverage production, plant fertilizers, school cleaning, recreational area cleaning, and much more.
