Some great research here from Arianna Bozzolo from Rodale Institute showcase the benefits of cover cropping and crimping in vegetable systems. The adoption of crimping in viticulture has numerous benefits and it’s great to see this being practiced in vineyards such as Tablas Creek Vineyard and Villa Creek in Paso Robles. There are vineyards around the world where this technique is being adopted, which the The Regenerative Viticulture Foundation is helping showcase #notill #regenerative

Today The Regenerative Viticulture Foundation released a new tool for supporting growers on their journey to regenerating vineyards. The RV self assessment guide provides growers with examples of regenerative practices being used in winegrowing. This helps in identifying current regenerative best practices being used, while providing the opportunity for growers to discover new practices as well. Additionally, there is a map of growers that are using regenerative practices around the globe. This provides growers with a network of peers that are in various stage of their regenerative journey that can be reached out to for support.
