Despite the potential of new technologies, improper change management can render them ineffective. Change management must be integrated from the beginning to prevent resistance and ensure project objectives are met. Training and communication should be customized for different employee groups to facilitate the effective use of new tools. It's crucial to bring employees along on the journey, as their engagement and adaptability will determine the success of the new technology.
