3wHi there, I hope this finds you well. My apologies for reaching out on LinkedIn, but I'm desperate for help and have found no other way to resolve my issue. It appears the UK office cannot call back Irish numbers. While one of my emails was answered, the rest have been ignored, leaving me feeling absolutely mistreated by your customer service staff. I was informed that calls are recorded, and I urgently request someone to listen back to the interactions. I'm utterly shocked and appalled by my experience, as I expected far better from CT customer service. I've been accused of fraud and lying, which is deeply distressing. I feel like crying every time I call because Millie, who I spoke with, was so unhelpful—it felt like she was deliberately obstructive. I placed an order that I did not receive, yet I’ve been told I signed for it, which is completely untrue. I've raised this issue with both UPS and CT, but it’s just going in circles with no one willing to provide a solution. I'm at my wit's end and just want to resolve this and move on.
