✨ Project Spotlight: Oak Creek Lion’s Den Renovation We are excited to highlight the recent transformation of the Oak Creek Lion’s Den at the Oak Creek Community Center. This comprehensive renovation involved the demolition of four existing spaces to create one expansive community sports bar venue. Key features of the new design include: ▪ A dedicated serving space ▪ Multiple gathering and game areas ▪ A stage with acoustical ceiling tiles ▪ A ceramic tile backsplash ▪ Luxury vinyl tile flooring This renovation has significantly expanded the venue's capacity, now accommodating approximately 150 guests. Welcoming Our Summer Interns! Last week, we hosted a fantastic kickoff event for our summer interns. They connected through team-building activities and games, enjoyed a lunch cookout with our entire staff, met their mentors, and learned more about our company and their upcoming projects during orientation. On May 4, VJS Construction Services, Inc. hosted our 4th Annual Community Foundation 5K benefitting Journey21, Neighborhood House of Milwaukee, and the Waukesha Christmas Parade Memorial Fund. It was another record-breaking year with 32 corporate sponsors and nearly 300 participants, allowing us to donate $30,000 to our charities. A huge thank you to everyone who made this event such a success, especially Amanda Busche and Heather S. who coordinated every detail and the incredible VJS Marketing Team (Rebecca Priebe-Roob, Turner Kraft, Pamela Lyons, Emma Fitch, and Lindsay Schiller) for their tireless effort!
