With many retailers in growth mode and in need of finding space, smaller markets have proven to be a solution – for many reasons. Ana Leon, director of retail research at Nuveen, a TIAA company says: 🗣 “I think the advantage to some of these smaller markets is that the rents are lower than primary markets or maybe even urban markets. And they can be profitable. And they can get to the same or similar sales that they would in larger markets. But now they're finding new customers. And that's lowering customer acquisition costs. And it's just making the whole supply chain more efficient.” Jump into even more retail trends in our free report, “Too Good to Ignore.” https://bit.ly/4cwJ65c We won’t even ask for your email address. 😉 #CRE #RetailRealEstate #RetailTrends #ThoughtLeadership

Some like it 🔥 . And some like it HOTWORX. Welcome to University Place, in Carbondale, IL! What is HOTWORX? A pretty cool fitness concept. "HOTWORX is a virtually instructed exercise program created for users to experience the many benefits of infrared heat absorption, while completing a 30-minute Isometric workout or 15-minute High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) session. As the infrared heat penetrates your body causing you to sweat, the isometric postures further accelerate detoxification by physically removing the toxins from your organs through muscle contraction. Our patented sauna combines heat, infrared, and exercise– what we like to call “3D Training”– and makes HOTWORX a workout unlike any other fitness program available!" #CRE #RetailRealEstate #NewStore #StoreOpening #Fitness
