As a leader your trust with human mankind will be shaken on a daily basis. Yet, how do you keep your face after you have been hurt? People are there, but not really there, they are mentally or emotionally not present. You can do that if you create a psychologically safe environment. Adaption is part of a game. Legacy is doing something beautifully for the people coming after you, and for the people that you serve. When values vs behaviours are contradicting or not aligning with each other, how can you you claim what you represent?
#HumanCapital is a currency which is fast appreciating- so go out there and create a narrative, to become the culture of reference points.
