Recommend everyone read this letter and share it. Lays out the biggest issues with the recently announced moratorium and how it is counterproductive to the effort the administration claims to be championing.

It seems to me that one thing this administration is not really thinking about is the message it sends to the state of production. Why would you add production in this environment if the administration is stopping investment in the space. It is hard enough to plan out multiyear and when you get a complete shift in direction - you might as well go in turtle mode.

As always, very well done

Deflect all attention from what I fear will be a bad fourth quarter earnings call. And Toby, I have EQT stock. I want it to do well. I want you to pay me more in dividends and yourself less in compensation. Yell if I can help. Really bright old goober here.

The sole reason for the LNG projects pause is 100% political!! Biden is seeking votes from anti-fossil fuel Democrats mainly and possibly some independents who are anti-fossil fuel!!

Can you find a friendly federal judge to block this? I’m no lawyer, but I have to believe there’s similar judgements out there that protects an industry’s right to compete.
