Audi of Newton's new exterior is now complete, covered in over 3,800 square feet of our ECONECT-RS Exposed systems in Arconic Architectural Products Arconic Reynobond’s Silversmith finish. Located conveniently just around the corner from Volkswagen World, it stands in a stunning location.

Recent data from the Engineering and Construction Cost Indicator reveals a continued upward trend in engineering and construction costs, despite a slight decrease in June. The overall indicator remains above the neutral threshold, indicating ongoing price increases in the sector. While materials and equipment costs showed a noticeable softening, prices continued to rise for transformers and electrical equipment. Subcontractor labor costs remained stable, reflecting a tight labor market with expectations for continued pressure. April saw continued declines in architecture firm billings across the board, with the AIA/Deltek Architecture Billings Index of 48.3 reflecting ongoing challenges. Continued high interest rates are making it difficult to move forward with some projects, and clients remain cautious amidst economic uncertainties. The Northeast ranks among the top two regions with a score of 45.9, second only to the West at 47.8. Commercial construction maintains its position as the leading sector within the index. Although still below 50, project inquiries are on the rise compared to last month, indicating cautious optimism among clients.
