I concur with the notion that a simple, cost-effective solution that can alert crews about the proximity of these common Russian drones, with automatic type identification, can dramatically improve situational awareness and thus, enhance survivability of both the armour and its crew in modern combat. The Marine Corps is prioritizing Marine well-being with a focus on improved living conditions. Over 60,000 barracks rooms were recently inspected, and the Corps is taking action to address identified issues. Here's what Marines can expect: Enhanced responsiveness to maintenance requests for a quicker turnaround on repairs. Installation of new air conditioning units in hot-weather locations to ensure a more comfortable living environment. Replacement of broken locks and outdated furniture to improve overall room quality. Increased investment in barracks renovations for a long-term solution to improve living standards. These changes are already making a positive difference for some Marines. As someone who is typically conflict-averse, this is something I need to practice. As the Smart Brief editor put it, peacekeeping is a short-term solution.
