I can't believe I've surpassed $1,500 already, this was more than I would have hoped for! I want to thank everyone who has donated thus far. It has meant a lot to me and more importantly, it's helping improve the outcomes of thousands of Children worldwide (not just LA!).

Last, but not least, I finally stacked my events together during my workouts, so these times include the collective pain & suffering. My biggest improvement has been swimming where I've seen almost 1:20 100m times. I believe simulating the actual race day along with open-ocean swims 2x per week will help me meet or exceed my benchmarks.
Swim 750m: 15 minutes vs. 22 minute | Benchmark: 15 minutes
Run 5K: 38 minutes vs. 32 previous | Benchmark: 30 minutes
Bike 12K: 26 minutes vs. 28 previous | Benchmark: 40 minutes
Overall: 79 minutes vs. 82 previous | Benchmark: 90 minutes
