It’s with a bittersweet sentiment we share that Elaine Gravatte, President of Sense Colour, has announced her intention to retire at the end of July 2024. At the same time, we are very excited to share that Ann Leonard, Senior VP & Chief Financial Officer will fill the role of President, effective August 1, 2024. Ann is an excellent choice for this role, having served in her current position for nearly 15 years overseeing the Finance and IT functions and as regional president for our Asia operations. Her background includes ten years in the US Navy and nine years with General Electric. She earned a BS from Purdue University and an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Elaine, who has been with us (formerly as DDW, The Color House) for 24 years, including the last 10 as President, will remain on through the end of the year in an advisory capacity to Ann as she transitions into her new position.
