BOOK LAUNCH! Every 73 years, like clockwork, I write a book. “Lighten UP” is about the Alexander Technique (AT). The AT is a tension-reducing, pain-relieving, posture-improving, awareness-raising, consciousness-expanding modality, but you can use it when you're bowling. You can even use the Alexander Technique when you're strolling down the beach, shaving, and eating a banana.
