This past June marked the first time since I began my fitness journey in late 2022 that I missed about 20 days at the gym. This was due to a trip to Korea, a mid-year operation, and Techbite 5.0. Simply put, I lost 1 kg of muscle mass that took me three months of intense training to gain. At 46, building and maintaining muscle mass is challenging. As an older startup founder, I want to share some insights: a healthy body leads to a healthy mind, and that’s something money can’t buy—you have to earn it. Just like quality time with your loved ones, you have to make it happen. Material wealth can bring convenience, but it won’t replace those precious moments. Lastly, consistency is key. No one can take away the compound interest of your skills. Always pay attention to your side hustles because they are your true MOAT.
