Did you know that nearly a quarter of new entrepreneurs are over age 55? I am one of them. And studies show older entrepreneurs often outperform younger ones. Researchers affiliated with MIT, Northwestern, Wharton, and the US Census Bureau found that a fifty year old is nearly twice as likely to start a top or very successful business as someone two decades younger. Nuuage Coliving is not my first entrepreneurial venture. Back in the day I also co-founded a chain of decorative home stores in Alexandria, Va., Washington DC, Philadelphia, and New York.
