🌟 Welcome to the Team: Eric Landrum! 🌟 We are excited to introduce the newest member of our Atlanta Sales Team, Eric Landrum! 🏡✨ Eric, originally from Chattanooga, has spent most of his life in this vibrant city, gaining a deep understanding of its unique real estate landscape. He began his career in real estate back in 2013, quickly becoming adept at assisting both buyers and sellers. By 2015, Eric discovered his true passion in new construction, working closely with local builders and carving out his niche in the market. His enthusiasm for selling new homes has become his professional hallmark, and we are thrilled to have him bring that energy to our team. When he's not helping clients find their dream homes, Eric enjoys soaking up the sunshine, rock climbing, cheering for Notre Dame football (Go Irish!), and watching his sons play lacrosse. He is supported by his wonderful wife, Danielle, and their two sons, who are the absolute center of his world. 🏞️🏈👨👩👦👦 Eric is our first of many Chattanooga NHCs and will be selling at Asbury Oak. With a career marked by collaboration with some of the industry’s top builders, Corey brings a profound knowledge of land development that will be invaluable to our team. Outside of his professional life, Corey loves spending time with his wife and two daughters.
