Millions of O2 (Telefónica UK) customers are automatically set to benefit from our new caller ID technology – Brand ID! Powered by voice security leader Hiya Inc., the tool acts as an anti-fraud filter which displays the details of a company or organisation making a call. With around 150 UK businesses already signed up, this tool provides greater confidence and certainty around the identification of callers.
