All rubbish in my eyes you don’t look after the customers that have been with you for years your signal and internet is shocking the customer service is terrible you lot get richer and customers suffer and you couldn’t care less all about the pound signs

1mohi there unfortunately i have had to come on here to contact yourself as ive been waiting on a £470 refund since sept 2023 ive sent an email also today with account details please can you look into this as ive spent over 24 hrs on hold and speaking to god knows how many people now and getting no where they keep promising the refund which has been agreed but it never comes i really have no where else to go now ive never dealt with customer service so bad in all my life!!!!!!!!!!!!HELP PLEASE
