This week I attended the first anniversary celebrations of Ofcom’s D&I pledge. As part of the pledge, we have committed to attracting and retaining senior women into tech roles across our business. I am proud of the work we are doing to support diversity in our workforce and to create an inclusive environment to attract and retain diverse talent and enjoyed discussing the work we’re doing on a panel alongside other telco CEOs. It’s important that we work together to ensure our workplaces continues to offer opportunities and growth for female talent. Thank you to Lindsey Fussell who hosted the panel.
Mr schuler. Sorry to say Yout company is not doing any support diversity. They only descriminate when its to hire people and they dont retain talent. I advice let your recruitment team get refesher training to assess the job applications based on talent. Do not judge the book by its cover but definitely go through it. Thank you sir

Mr Schuler - please please concentrate your efforts on supporting your existing customers. Your organisation’s customer service is shocking. I’ve submitted 2 complaints in the last 4 weeks and todate no response. No telephone for the last 8 days due to an O2 error - no one is helping us!! Trustpilot says it all really.
